  • If you find a program, first review the course description and eligibility requirements to determine whether you are eligible. Before you can apply for classroom (in-person) training, you will have to register in the Learning Center. See the "New Users Register" page. Completing the user profile replaces the paper applications NIC previously required.

  • After registering, return to the catalog page and click on the program title. A page will appear with an Enroll button on it. Click the enroll button and you will be considered for the program. You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your application.

  • NOTE that NIC has waived the previous requirement of a CEO endorsement for classroom training applications; however, applicants are asked to offer an assurance that their supervisor is aware of, and supports, their application.
